Are you ready to be INSPIRED to improve your quality of life?  Then join our INSPIRE CHALLENGE!!  At the end of this session, we will award one lucky winner with a grand prize trip to our spring fitness retreat!!  This program will be a personal journey of change with encouragement from the staff of Inside Out Fitness and your fellow students.  Our mission statement notes that  “Our Personal & Group Training business believes that fitness starts from the INSIDE (mind) and works along with OUTside  (body) in order to get maximum results.”  Therefore this challenge will incorporate ALL aspects of mind/body wellness.  This includes not only physical fitness, but also being “fit” in areas of spirituality, personal growth, and being part of your community by helping others!  Below is a brief description of the guidelines we will use as you start your journey to personal change!

  • Physical Fitness/Health- Obtain some beginning measurements as a base to compare with at the end of the challenge.  See your Instructor for more information
  • Journaling- Most people who make successful life changes are found to keep some kind of journal.  Journaling your food intake, and noting something you are grateful for every day are samples of how this will help in your journey.
  • Spiritual Growth- To us, spiritual growth is exactly what it says, growing in spirit.  Prayer, meditation, reading your bible, and positive thinking material are all ways to grow spiritually.
  • Personal Growth- Learn something new, take a class, join a book club! Do something that makes you feel good about and is not necessarily for someone else. Step outside the box!
  • Community Service/Volunteering- If you are not already volunteering somewhere, now is your chance to get started!  Lifting people up is great exercise!
